It started in 1993, when two Axa Advisors (nee Equitable) agents asked Rob, who had been in other telemarketing ventures, to get them health appointments in his spare time.
Within a day, other company agents were clamoring for the same service. Seeing the need for good telemarketing appointments, a business was born.
We soon saw that, as brokers themselves will attest even when they make their own appointments and often the prospect is a no-show, we needed to make CONFIRMING the appointments part of the process.
